Multilingual button

Label translatable per language, shown in the customer account, on the order detail and an optional footer. Theme-integrated, hidden outside the legal period.

Acknowledgement with probative value

Time-stamped acknowledgement on a durable medium (email plus PDF). The customer's declaration is frozen: content, date, IP, user agent.

Official model form

The model withdrawal form from Annex I of Directive 2011/83/EU, downloadable as a PDF and pre-filled for logged-in customers.

Guest flow

Guest customers exercise their right with their email and order reference, with anti-abuse protection (honeypot, rate limiting, CSRF).

Order statuses

A dedicated « Withdrawal requested » status. Refusal: returns to the previous status. Refund: moves to Refunded, customer notified.

Back-office management

Withdrawals tab under Customers: filterable and exportable list, download of every acknowledgement PDF, read-only.

Legal exclusions

Exclude virtual products, categories or specific products. The button hides itself for fully-excluded orders.

Order-state filter

The button is hidden for cancelled, refunded or payment-error orders. The list of excluded states is configurable, and the « Withdrawal requested » state is always taken into account.

Refund follow-up

The 14-day legal deadline is tracked for each request, with an automatic email reminder to the merchant as the deadline approaches.

B2B / B2C filtering

Exclude your professional customer groups from the withdrawal flow, or any customer with a SIRET number on file (B2B mode). The right only protects consumers (article L221-3), no need to expose it to B2B buyers.

Partial withdrawal

The customer picks the items and quantities to return, instead of having to send back the whole order. Ineligible items stay visible with their exclusion reason for transparency.

Reusable refusal messages

When refusing or refunding, attach a message to the customer explaining the decision. Build a library of recurring reasons, translated per language and selectable in one click, sent in the order's language.
