How does it work?

A three-step flow, from the customer's click to back-office management

The customer exercises the right

A button in the customer account, on the order detail and, optionally, in the footer. Guests identify with their email and order reference.

Time-stamped acknowledgement

The customer immediately receives an acknowledgement on a durable medium (email plus optional PDF), with their declaration frozen: date, content, IP. Reliable evidence in case of dispute.

Back-office management

You browse, filter and process requests. Mark them refunded or refused: the order status synchronises and the customer is notified automatically.

Multilingual button

Label translatable per language, shown in the customer account, on the order detail and an optional footer. Theme-integrated, hidden outside the legal period.

Acknowledgement with probative value

Time-stamped acknowledgement on a durable medium (email plus PDF). The customer's declaration is frozen: content, date, IP, user agent.

Official model form

The model withdrawal form from Annex I of Directive 2011/83/EU, downloadable as a PDF and pre-filled for logged-in customers.

Guest flow

Guest customers exercise their right with their email and order reference, with anti-abuse protection (honeypot, rate limiting, CSRF).

Order statuses

A dedicated « Withdrawal requested » status. Refusal: returns to the previous status. Refund: moves to Refunded, customer notified.

Back-office management

Withdrawals tab under Customers: filterable and exportable list, download of every acknowledgement PDF, read-only.

Legal exclusions

Exclude virtual products, categories or specific products. The button hides itself for fully-excluded orders.

Refund follow-up

The 14-day legal deadline is tracked for each request, with an automatic email reminder to the merchant as the deadline approaches.
